Im so happy i found this little hidden gem i had delicious breakfast, reasonable prices, homemade meals. I also went back a week later and had the BEST fish & chips! My friend was more than happy with the house burger he ordered!!

Genuinely the best breakfast I've had. It all tastes homemade, plus it's completely run by one family, I believe. The atmosphere is truly relaxing. For the person who said they didn't have a washroom, you're a liar.

The food is good and the prices are fair, but the best thing about Katy's Restaurant is Katy and the atmosphere she creates. It seems to be a gathering place for locals, and even thought it was my first time there, I was made to feel welcome and part of the group. I was included in the casual banter that was going on, and it was truly enjoyable. Katy told me she's closed on Mondays, so I guess I'll have to wait until next Tuesday before I return. I had a cheeseburger with a side salad, and it turns out that the lettuce was fresh from Katy's own garden. You won't get that at any of the franchise burger joints.

My wife and I came for breakfast and had a very enjoyable time. Could tell that the place was well liked as many customers knew each other on a firstname basis. It is very nice having small family run places in the community such as this.

We stumbled across this little shop one rainy day. Upon walking in we were greeted warmly, sat and given menus and time to decide. The lady working was SO kind and funny. As we were sat a few regulars came in which you could tell she had forged really nice relationships with. She was joking with them and being so polite. It really helped to make the atmosphere of the place feel so welcoming and homey. Now onto the food, absolutely incredible! The burger was very tasty and was served with crinkle cut fries, I got the breakfast with sausage and bacon, it came with toast and shredded hashbrowns, i got gravy on the side and it did NOT disappoint! Such a yummy breakfast and we will absolutely be back! Highly recommend to anyone in and around the Langley area!

We came here for breakfast and thought it was great. The owner, Katy came and greeted us. She also does the work, and keeps everything clean and sanitary. Those saying otherwise, are just trying to be negative. The staff were great, and we had an awesome experience. We will definitely be back!!
